Affordable Toddler Christmas Gift Finds

Yes, I am absolutely already thinking about Christmas! With a kid, Christmas can definitely get expensive, so it’s exciting to find affordable, fun gifts for toddlers. At two, we are at a stage where I want to find toys that will be played with for a few years, unlike the infant toys that have already been packed away in storage. While strolling through Five Below browsing and looking for nothing in particular, I realized they have so many items that would be great as little gifts and stocking stuffers! Here I will share the things I’ve recently bought that are affordable, fun toddler gifts.

Matchbox Cars $1

Jack loves cars, so I was so incredibly excited to see these cars for ONE DOLLAR!! It’s important to remember that toddlers certainly need supervision while playing with these types of cars, but in my experience these can lead to hours of fun. What a steal for $1!

Books and Coloring Books $1-$4

What a steal! I normally spend anywhere from $8-$12 on books for Jack, but these cute books are way more affordable! The Step 1 books have great rhymes and rhythms to really help little readers start to understand the flow of language, and the Hi! Fly Guy book is just a silly story about a fly that becomes a pet. We are on a Mickey Mouse kick lately, so finding this Mickey Mouse Clubhouse coloring book was a really great surprise find.

Bubble Poppers Fidgets $5

Our friends brought their bubble poppers over a few weeks ago and Jack got a hold of one and it kept his interest for quite some time. I figure these may be helpful when I’m working from home and trying to keep Jack busy while trying to get work done.

SpiderMan Bowling Set $5

Yet another steal, a bowling set! Jack loves knocking things over (as I’m sure many toddlers do!) so I can only imagine the fun and giggles this is going to bring to our home.

Peppa Pig Clock Puzzle $5

Jack isn’t big into puzzles yet, but he loves shapes and colors, so I’m hoping he will be interested in this clock puzzle. I think it’s never too early to introduce concepts like reading an analog clock to kids, and what a fun way to do it! The package does specify for ages 3+, but I feel with good supervision, this is ok for a 2 year old.

Disney Duckz $5

Again, we’re on a Mickey Mouse kick, so I had to pick these up when I saw them! I know Jack will think they are so silly, and it will be a great addition to our bath-time fun!

I know Halloween hasn’t even happened yet, but the fact that I already have so much for Jack for Christmas has me super excited! I know this year will be especially fun since it’s the first year Jack will really be into opening his gifts. I am looking forward to the family traditions we will cultivate, and just getting to see his little face on Christmas morning! Have you started your Christmas shopping yet?
